A membership-based nonprofit, NABFEME leaders are committed to the mission of giving back, empowerment, education and inspired sisterhood.  NABFEME leaders possess traits that encourage others to follow them while executing the mission of the organization. Honesty and integrity are also important to the core culture of the organization as we seek individuals that inspire the trust and respect of the membership within their Network.
