A woman's career path is usually very different from a man's.  The roadblocks she encounters on the way to the top are rarely the same. A man can sometimes go from least powerful to chairman of the board on a fairly direct and well marked road. A woman's path is not that simple.

Women are often faced with both internal and external roadblocks. Internal can be past socialization (what good girls should and should not do), current expectations (trying to be superwoman) and daily responsibilities (handling lifestyles, family and career). Plus, external roadblocks can be marked by prejudice, stereotyping, societal and other discriminations such as unfair hiring and promotion practices.

Designed to empower you with career navigation skills, this seminar stands on the shoulders of women who have challenged the norm and climbed the ladder of success. Today's need for women to lead from their authentic voices, values and vision has never been greater or more important. By attending this seminar, you will learn from women who are models of power, women who are successful in their chosen fields, and sisters who are reengineering the way women are viewed in the community and in society.
